When they get stuck after school
Your child can send a photo of their working or a quick WhatsApp, or message through the website. Replies usually come within 24 hours, and always within 24–48. In Group Grinds they can ask anonymously too, so nobody feels put on the spot in front of the class.
Practice and visibility
Every live class comes with a worksheet and the solutions, so they can have another go at the same material. Lessons are recorded, and a short quiz after the grind shows what has stuck. Parents and guardians see all of that in their own dashboard and don't have to wait for a report.
Each Group Grinds class has a shared plan of action, and 1-to-1 gets a personalised one. You can see both, so you're never guessing what the week holds.
