When they get stuck after school
Students send a photo of their working or a short WhatsApp. Website messages are there too. Replies usually come in less than 24 hours, otherwise within 24–48 hours. In Group Grinds they can also ask anonymously so they are not performing in front of the room.
Practice and visibility
Every live class comes with a worksheet and the solutions, so they can try the same material again. Lessons are recorded. A short quiz after the grind shows what stuck. Parents and guardians see that progress in their own dashboard instead of waiting for a report.
Each Group Grinds class has a shared plan of action. 1-to-1 gets a personalised plan. Both are visible, so the week is not a guess.
